Tension band wiring in a rare case of isolated acromion fracture: a case report

<p>Fracture of the acromion process is an uncommon injury. The most common mechanism injury direct trauma to acromion. Isolated fractures are rare as usually they associated with concomitant skeletal and soft tissue injuries shoulder. We present a case 45-year-old male type 3 fracture reduction subacromial space. Patient was managed surgically fixed using tension band wiring. followed up UCLA, DASH VAS scores showed good radiological functional outcomes. Minimally displaced should be regularly for displacement sub-acromial space compromise. Although treated conservatively, albeit higher non-union rate, in event or reduction, order achieve recovery.</p><p><strong> </strong></p>
